Went to the gym and "Bad to the Bone" started playing. I think it was a sign from the Terminator gods. Second I got home, I planned my next photo shoot. Sigh... Arnie-tastic.
 
New years resolution was to try and lose 3 stone as I'm going to be best man for my friends wedding. Been going to the gym 4/5 times a week using the cross trainer, rowing machine and various weight machines. I aim to burn off 300/400 calories doing cardio each gym session. I've lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks but I have cut down on the crap food and drinking plenty of water. I'm podgy but my trousers and t shirts are looser. I've also considered using creatine once I've slimmed down a bit. It's amazing how addictive it can be going to the gym.
 
Today was the last day of me being a fat lazy ******* after work, tommorow i will be throwing around some weights and listening to viking metal after work... and i feel better already gonna lose 10-15pounds before its beach season.. ill be coming here for random garble about how its going and maybe a lil motivation.. wish me luck!!!

Starting gym in school today. This actually works better for my schedule since I won't have to go during weeknights for the next semester. I'll have more time at home to work on schtuff.
 
Does anyone know where I can get some steroids?!!?!?!

I'm going to take the high road and not even respond....

As for me, I have decided that waiting on the Dr's to give an official diagnosis, correction, and recovery is taking way too long. I have been out of the gym since the 4th and can feel it affecting me.

So today I am going back to the gym to do cardio on the treadmill (10 degree incline) and the eliptical for 45 min each. I may not be able to do strength/impact training but at least I can keep my cardio maintained.

GO CW!! It's pretty easy once u get into a routine. :)
 
I could use a little bit better of a diet but I run for an hour every night and do another hour of push ups,sit ups,shadow boxing and some weight training. Not trying to get ripped just in shape.
