Seated Chest Press
Incline Dumbell press
Decline Hammer press
Flat Dumbell flies
Cable upward pulls

Tri's

V-Handle pressdown
Reverse grip V-Handle pulldown
Single handle press
Dips
Seated press

Not much to change there IMO

Do you need all 5 tri excercises though?
I'd say there is potential for overtraining if your doing them all in one session.

If your rotating the excercises from week to week then ignore me ;) lol
 
Possibly.

Don't forget the triceps also assist during your chest excercises so they are getting extra work there & ontop of the 5 dedicated exercises you could get into overtraining

Ran 10K in 49:45. Always wanted to break 50 minutes, and now I can scratch it off the list! Sub 20 5K, here I come :rock
 
Mine is a little more bare bones than soundwave but it's:

10 egg whites
1 cup of oats
2 Tsp of baking powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Olive oil spray in a pan.
