Ski do you love grapefruit or is it really beneficial for you? I've never looked into em' and need to try some new breakfast foods.

Almost like a natural caffiene stimulus and also has the natural thermogenetic effect, it's the only fruit I really eat. Very low amount of carbs, sugars also so it fits into the diet.

About 1/2 GF a day first thing in the morning, some ppl like to supplement certain fruit juices (post workout) to push the protein into the muscle but I'm still with GF whenever I'm on the cut.

edit: forgot to answer your first ?, I really do love it, it's almost like a dessert for me :D, if you do eat with eggs though make sure to get some fats in there because I believe the combination ends up being acidic in digestion without fats to sub-stain it.

Tks Ski, I'm down to -20 carbs right now and really see everything popping out. Still having issues with the lower abs. Grapefruit-only good with 1/2 lb of sugar though I might try it with some stevia.

dwing, cut the stevia as well it will hold water and it's a source of unnatural sugar(even natural sugars can prolong cutting in the ab region), it'll only hurt the progress.

If you want switch all the carbs to veggies and take out the fruits and then start dropping water for a couple days, then do refeeds(complex or not) on carbs as a cycle.

My body is so prone to cramps I don't think I could cut any water, so I don't think I'll ever really be able to get cut. I can just think about farting and a hammie would lock up. I don't know why but it's always been a problem, especially through collegiate athletics. On game days I'd have to put extra salt on my food, take 4 salt tablets and drink a prescription strength drink called rehydralyte every quarter with an IV at halftime.

just to be safe, i would get a test done if you can (i believe they test your blood). your description sounds like the symptoms.

i don't have it, but my childhood neighbor did. had to put salt in his drinking water whenever he exerted himself.

I've heard the up above with teammates in college with baseball and basketball as well. It sort of sounds like the same thing that Wofford is going through.

Back and hamstrings today, 1 hr of cardio!!!!

The time is NOW!

WOW today was rough, the HIIT felt like I had nubs for thighs, completely numb as I was alternating between jogging and sprinting.

Did sort of a max out with the deads and got 610lbs for 4 reps on the last set while supersetting 20 pushups in between with no rest and walking to the nautlius exercise for mid back pulbacks but I MADE IT!!!!

I felt as I was going to die with the 20 pushups as the deads were getting heavier and heavier, not sure how many sets there was I always go to failure on that exercise.

Now for breakfast, login to work, sculpt and paint some heads that I have on commission and then back to it again at 3:00 p.m. with more cardio. :lecture

Below, listen to the words, forget it's Coldplay, I want you to go deep :D such inspiration!!!!

I have decided to be a good girl and finally add some weight training into my regimen. I started with last night. As good as it is to do lots of cardio, we all know it's not enough. So last night was the start. And tonight I'll be adding more, etc. I love that I'm losing a few lbs but the most exciting thing was that I lost inches in some places.

I haven't lost as much 'weight' and I think it's because I'm firming up some areas. So I've decided not to take too much stock in the weighing myself part. Don't get me wrong, I'm still weighing myself because you should keep up with that. But I'm not getting overly serious about it. I eat decently, so I know that I'm not going to jump up too much on the scale.

Anyways, I'm noticing that I need some more definition in my arms, legs, etc. So let's see what a few weeks of adding weights does for me. :D I'll keep you posted.

Today was shoulders and slow jog for 15 minutes. Taking the slow path to rebuild all of the muscle groups this time around. Not concentrating on how much I am lifting but on the form and speed. Keeping the incline and decline between 3 and 5 seconds each direction. As for jogging, kept the pace around 10 min per mile just to have a nice easy run that allowed me to maintain my breathing so that I can hold a conversation easily while jogging.

Dammet! after seeing the new pics of that new Superman on his suit, I also want to have that kind of body! :panic:

Do you think it's all natural or he used "magic beans" to help him grow that big? :cuckoo:

I never did try to use a "magic beans" :monkey3
