Yes but its the member who pays for there yearly membership but never goes after Feb that pays for the gym. And sorry to say but thats what a lot of the big gyms hope for,your money but you dont actually use the stuff. They dont give a stuff about your health.
Before you start I have been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years and thats why I left working in it.
 
Whatever you say about it, it's still annoying. Good for the gym, the equipment, bad for your workout. (Not for me though. I go when everyone else is working most of the time. Work in shifts, but I do understand Phil.)

I plan on starting back up this month and I'll go right after work before the teenagers get out of school. Talk about _______s.
 
Went off it for a year or so, joined back at a Gym a couple of months back, hard to get back into but feels good at the end of each session

I'm in the same boat as you.... Man it's amazing how out of shape you feel when you get back into the routine :lol

Glad you're back in the groove. I'm hoping to get some muscle mass back soon :yess: Some of my clothes are too loose on me now :eek:
