Missed last night work out so I made up tonight. Glorious is the work out but man is my abs adapting. Twisting and weight crunch ain't having much effects now. Increase the weight and I'll gain more weight....what a bummer. Sweat my ass off on the threadmill. Boring as a hamster.
 
Yea, my highest is 90 but I was a much thinner person back then. And 600 sit up doesn't effect me at all. I am sure someone with a thin built can do 100 ez.
