Anyone tried Spartacus? Just came back from the gym. Pretty good workout if you want to maximize calorie burn! What i also like is that almost all exercises in the routine use multiple muscle groups and involve your core.

Off to the gym. Have to do some major cardio. I cheated pretty bad while we were watching the Super Bowl. Peer pressure can be a mother ____er. :gah:

Did lots of exercise last night. Work the whole freakin body. Cardio n weights. Exercise on the abs too. Back to eggs n tuna on rice. LOL

Been reading some articles about this and thought I would ask you guys what you thought. What do you think of having 2 work-outs per day; one in the morning and one at night (splitting up the work-outs evenly, but about 30-45 minutes each) ???? Obviously you would be working out the same muscle groups each time, just doing it twice a day.

I see the benefits where you can do short spurts and can probably go a little harder because it's not as long, conversely you might not be working the muscles hard enough to actually do any work because of the short time.

What you guys think???

Depends on your build and what you're aiming for. Building/bulking up, define your muscles, losing weight, or just staying in shape. You using weights heavily or lights or none at all but simple threadmill/pushup/etc.? Looks like you're probably doing more cardio/losing weight type.

I am aiming for 3 days a week (weight and threadmill for 1hr to 1.5hr) and spread out with some light weight and push-up in between. I prefer to refine my muscle.

For me personally, I was extremely thin (ectomorph) about 5'11" 145 pounds. I worked out hard and ate about 8 times a day and got up to about 180. Been that way for a few months and I think I plateaued, so I'm looking for ways to shock my body.

Damn, close to gaining 40lbs you got there. Congrats, looks like you're doing the Tayor Lautner diet.

I am 5'7" and at 215lbs. So I don't need to bulk much. Defining my muscles is my main goal. Especially abdominal sections.
