Super Freak
I heard somewhere that when the bar bends its heavy.
Deadlifts with pushups, in between, I believe this was my 3rd to last set. I usually go til I can't go no longer keeping about 10-15 seconds to none on rest between pushups, deadlifts and racking weights.

Some jerk will be roiding it up on stage next to me like last time. Man, sucks going into these shows natural. They still look like they just did a set and I am flat. bah
Oh well, live longer.
Have you heard of a pro natural bodybuilder named Layne Norton? I'd say he would be good inspiration for any natural bodybuilder...
Great guy, very friendly and a PHD in Biochemistry.
Or was shooting for it last time I talked to him.

Yea I haven't been that kind of sick in ages, this one is self induced. I'm fine now.
You are on your own with health sickness...

K, well that didn't end well, challenged myself and got sick, it's been years since I've had the cold sweats.

Speaking of being sick... Is it just me, or does it seem like EVERYONE is getting sick lately?! I know it's cold/flu season but it seems like a LOT more people are coming down with something than I recall. ESPECIALLY ME! I usually get sick about once a year, and I've been sick about 4-5 over the past year (and just recently got sick TWICE within two weeks! )
Just ticks me off because I eat healthy, always wash my hands and have been trying to get back into the swing of the gym and I keep gettig sick....
Maybe you just have a weaker immune system?
I on the other hand have been around incredibly sick people over the last month or so (people with the Flu, bad colds, possible strep throat, etc.) and have come away with nothing *knock on wood*. I think genetics do play a role in how easily one can catch something but diet and exercise do play into it all as well. You only just started back on a more healthy life-style, correct? Once you've been on it a while, you might find you aren't as constantly sick.
Plus, if I feel the potential of a start of something coming on I make real sure I go to the gym and workout extra hard to see if I can burn it out, ha!
Very true, there's been times at the office where it's flu season and several are coughing their heads off but I wash my hands at every point during the day whenever that happens.
and I've caught perhaps what I think are colds for only maybe a small period of time, lets say a sore throat for 5 hours and a head cold and running nose for only 2hrs. It's pretty incredible and I don't know how it works itself out of my system so quickly and the wife whenever we were dating didn't believe me until she started living with me and was like "you are NEVER EVER sick and if you are it's like for two seconds"
People say that all changes whenever you have kids, TBH I don't see me getting sick from them either if I can't get sick from others in a office environment, gym, locker rooms, etc...
Watch, tomorrow I'll be sick.
Well...on the kid thing...you might be surprised. I've rarely been sick throughout my life *knock on wood* (even as a kid...normal chicken pox, occasional flu, colds, etc.) but as an adult I can recall one bout of the flu, a couple of fevers and some colds. But you average that out my adult life so far and it probably comes down to 1 illness a year (if that). Now, when I lived with my sister and niece for about a year (at the time my niece was 3) I was consistently more sick. I dunno what it is about kids but they carry strains of germs that even the toughest of immune systems cannot conquer (buuuut that was just my experience, ha!).
