Are we talking a 100 at once?

Yea, rest more than 5 sec and it doesn't count! I am sure Bruce Lee can do 1k+. Heck the guy did a few with 2 fingers. I'll try 1 arm eventually...think its about the spreading of the leg to gain balance first.

I do exercise all parts of my body but not much on the leg. I have a wide built bod. Trimming abs and shoulder are my main concern. Legs are the least.

I can do 80 at once. :clap

Congrats! I don't think I can top that...at least not for awhile.

And I do them all on a decline sit up machine. I can do four sets of 80. I should say that I don't quite make 80 when I get to the fourth set though. I can some times do five sets, and if I'm feeling _____y I can get one more set in with a total of 6x80 = almost 500 situps. But most of the time it's around 400. But I've been doing them for years (7).

I'm trying to lose more weight so that you can actually all see the hard work. :lol I'm down to 172lb. I need to loose another 10lbs and then I'll be at my best.

I can do about 50+ push ups but I don't really do them that often. I train a little bit with weights but mostly I just like to punch the training bag. I do take hap-ki-do so that helps with fitness but I really really need to drop about 10 lbs. As soon as spring sets in I'm going to start running again. I need to surf around this web site more often. I didn't even know there was a fitness thread.

meh, sit up doesn't effect me much. Only if I let myself get out of shape does it effect me some. Abs crunches for a few minutes without stoping is ok but even that loses effect. I have to rely on weight twister and weight crunches to lose belly fat. Sadly, I would have to do weight crunches for almost everyday to get 6-packs. I am close but doubts I have time.

I'll keep up with push-up for tricepts and chest. Weight extended arm circling for shoulder work out is so efficient.

Been a while since I've posted but I have not slacked off at all.

I finally told the Dr.'s to piss off and joined a new gym and a personal trainer. Needless to say, what the Dr's couldn't do in over 14 months, my trainer and I did in less than one.

My neck is fully healed, and I have dropped 10lbs of fat (shooting for another 10lbs) while putting on 8lbs of lean muscle.

What's even better, my new gym, I pay less for the whole family for the month than what I was paying at my last gym.

:yess:

Yeah whats the best way to get leaner? I'm finally getting back into the swing of things at the gym, back I packed on the kilo's over xmas break,

Threadmill and repetitive light weights. Do heavy weights and u'll gain for sure. Eat good food. Sleep....

Huge myth!!!

^^^ that is so wrong on light versus heavy weights.

I guess the way it could be correct is if you are lifting lights weights in a fast motion as you are doin cardio to burn more calories but then you are lifting wrong. :dunno Otherwise known as aerobics, cross training, etc...

You can lose weight by still trying to lift heavy and cut on the calorie deficit.

Gaining and losing has more to do with eating more or less and then of course what you are burning in the gym.
