Okay guys, I've been doing 300 decline situps, lot's of walking and carpentry. Lol. My diet has consisted of plain jane oatmeal in the morning with a glass of milk, a lunch of whatever I please ( I make sure not to over eat of course though) and plain grilled vegetables or fruit for dinner.

I went from 220lbs to 180lbs and basically got stuck there for a while. I then started back working carpentry full time and have since dropped to 160lbs. I though at 160lbs was going to able to see my abs full on, but I still haven't reached that ripped mark that I'm looking for. I really cant do too much exercise beause I have some nerve damage that with the carpentry and all, the most I can do is walk for 45 min three times a week and situps three twice a week. The carpentry is pretty physical so it's considered a work out for me. :lol

Any thoughts on what I can do to drop more weight, or burn it?

Try ab crunches. Can't see what's not there, no matter how much weight you lose.

Oh, its there. I've been doing decline situps for more than 5 years non stop and doing them have toned my whole my entire mid section. They have also helped tone my chest and shoulders and back. If I did not have the fat there, which is a little pouch, I would be completely ripped.

I use the kettle bell all the time. It will kick your ass at first but then you find it to be an integral part of your entire workout.

lolololl ok then ill give it a try!

You don't want to take creatine. It's a cycling supplement much like anabolic steroids. All it does is act like a sponge. It retains water. You need to take lots of sugar with it... of course if this is creatine mono-hydrate. Most people I know don't stay on it. Just eat lots, and get good rest. You'll be good. Creatine is a waste of money. Eat red meat if you need creatine. Red meat has creatine, and the body produces it as well. But I think that powered ____ is a waste of money.

good sound advice! :rock

Sidelined for a few days. Screwed up my shoulder doing chest then jumping into a boxing class

I know that sucks. I just went back to my martial arts class thursday. All the guys were messing with me like I was a new student. I hadn't been there in a month! I jacked up my back. I don't even know how(work or training). But I started seeing my old chiropractor and doing yoga style exercises to get myself back to working order. I"m not at 100% yet but I am feeling good.

I meet a woman on my Dad's A.F.base years ago that held some sort of sit up record for the military. She had almost zero ab definition. Abs are like any other muscle and won't be seen with fat covering them. You may only be 5 lbs away from seeing them. I would go with weighted ab work. Like most guys I hold all my fat in my lower abs and had issues getting anything lower than the top two rows of abs showing.

On a side note, how tall are you? Age?

Well the owner of MaxMuscle said I really need it along with $120+ of other stuff. :)

To continue with what Eli said all we need is in what we eat. I only use other stuff out of convenience. I have a sweet tooth and I love having a peanut butter shake or peppermint shake and use protein powder for it.
Last year I ate 'clean' and lost weight-36 lbs over 7mo. This year I have lost 20lb in two and am slowing it down to 4,5 lbs/mo and am eating intermitting fast/IIFYM(if it fits your macro's). I love it so far and I enjoy being able to eat a few cookies a week and still get all my macros that I want/need.

:lecture Kettle Bells are awesome. Except when you drop a 53lb on your toes. :( Luckily it was only when I picked it up to move it and it slipped out of my hand.

~~Has anyone here tried one of the Buddy Lee jump ropes?? I read good stuff about them, but $40 for a jump rope seems a bit much for me. Worth it??

Trying to eat clean for the summer but it's tough. Being a man who is pushing 40 and then to be Samoan on top of that I have to be very careful with my diet.

65+ pushup again. Back in shape. back in shape. Those low fat chicken + rice does wonders. The exercise too of course. Feel like a 20yrs old.
