More than double what I feel like....best shape in my life. But health/shape is relative and not constant. Can I, we, be healthy 6 months, 1yr, etc from now is the real question.

You got that right. Over the course of my life I have participated in Judo, Kung fu, BMX Freestyle and weight training / fitness.
I have been struck down over the last 6 months with what doctors call "Post viral fatigue syndrome" and some doctors call it M E but are afraid to. It leaves you tired exhausted and like a hangover without feeling de-hydrated. It means me past excercise for the moment has been put on hold and my love for the weights has taken a side step.
Before I was given two months of work all my energy was taken up by work and then I came home to my family and thats it there was nothing left. If you can do it do it now is what im saying dont wait get out there and just remember there are planty of people in wheelchairs who would love to run and be mobile.
Now ill get off my soapbox.

1. Oatmeal and egg white omelet with wheat toast.

2. Chicken, brown rice and broccoli

Are just some of the things I have. One thing about the summer heat is my appetite is not as strong as in winter so I don't feel the need to cheat and stray off the path.

This ____ had me cracking up. The showoff was my favorite.

I see these types every single time I'm at the gym. I also see the screamer or the guy who barks like a dog after every rep. Doesn't matter if the weight is super light they'll act like they're benching 500 pounds and their screams and barks can be heard echoing throughout the gym. I also see the Human Chatterbox/Socializer who walks around the gym and talks with everyone instead of focusing on his workout. My buddy does this all the time. You'd think he's at a nightclub always chatting with friends and picking up on girls the way he acts.

i just started the six pack shortcut program, we will see were it goes. I got to say though that the workouts were brutal for me considering i did not workout that much.

I think we all have been those guys in the gym. Not saying to that extreme, but yeah.. I have had my show off moments, the funny faces, and coaching people. Heck, I have had the meathead mentality too. ARGH!!!!

FEEL THE BURN!!!

Me sad now. :monkey2

I'm the opposite. Warm weather = BBQs and Beer. How I envy your will power.

How's everyone summer cutting going? I started a little late (April 1) and am down 10 pounds as of June 1. While my strength is increasing, I don't see much in the fat-loss department.

I'm 6'1" 175. All my fat is in my upper body. I try and do at least 30 minutes of cardio after lifting, primarily stairs or bike.

Was that the kid who was trained by his father but when the mum and dad split the litle boy stopped taking his dads miracle drink and his muscle shrunk. The Dad would never say what was in the drink but they were from Russia or the Ukraine I believe. He even stopped the kid eating carrots because of the high suger content.
