How's everyone summer cutting going? I started a little late (April 1) and am down 10 pounds as of June 1. While my strength is increasing, I don't see much in the fat-loss department.
I'm 6'1" 175. All my fat is in my upper body. I try and do at least 30 minutes of cardio after lifting, primarily stairs or bike.
Thats why I switch to run mode in the summer, although I love to lift, I love being outside and it doesn't seem like anything or any amount of hydration gives me the motivation for proper weightlifting at the end of the day.
