kinda figured you were referring to cutting. i'm back on some creatine so i'm feeling fluffy due to the water retention. :lecture

Creatine Monohydrate is a ____ product. It's just a cycle product, and it's hard on your liver. The amount of dextrose/sugar you have to take with it is not healthy. Besides the body produces creatine on its own and you can also get it naturally through red meats, like steak.

I competed in a body building show and made it to Canadian Provincials = America's States. I didn't take any anabolic steroids/growth hormones, creatines, or fat burners. I did it o-naturale.

I am cycling it. 4 weeks. That's it. I use this once a year just to help with my new workout regimen.

Also I know how Canada works; my dad was born in Winnipeg. I love it there. Cold as all F though.

I am a Winnipeg boy! COOL!!!! And it's only cold 3 months out of the year. This year it wasn't.. we had a barely there winter. It was so mild. This Spring has been a scorcher!

Right on!! And it is cold! I'm from California. When it gets 30° F here I freeze. Cold to me is mild to you. Lol

Ugh...Doing mine this evening.

Leg workouts drain me the most, but damn I feel good when I'm done!

I despise hack squats more than traditional squats.

I really love both of them, I promise once you start dominating them it's the best and strongest exercises to catapult all other exercises.

This and deads, they are probably the best exercises I can recommend for someone wanting to strengthen their core.

Ski

I do both hack and traditional squats. I never do dead lifts as I've only been lifting for just over two years now and were never taught how to properly do them. Afraid of throwing my back out. I see guys lifting wrong all the time.

Well went tonight, did legs too & cardio , personally hate to do legs they bore me plus I walk like a duck for the next few days, on top I'ver really been shown any proper routines for legs so I kinda feel like I'm making it all up when I'm in the gym

The main concern with that is to not curl your back (if you are looking down more than likely the back is curled), keep the back straight and keep looking up. Pick a spot that is about 10-13 feet on the wall and look at that while doing deads. It really helps with keeping everything inline.

Keep the arms straight, and drive the power with your feet, squads, etc... It's takes a practice to get used to it.

My routine is
Squats 15x12x10x8 (drop sets)
Hack squats
Leg press
Front leg raises
Leg curls
Seated calf raises
Standing calf raises

I think I'm going to start alternating leg press and hack squat rack week for lunges or as Ski suggested, dead lifts

Don't let legs bore you. They should motivate you! Biggest muscles in your body AND you don't want chicken legs bro.

Thanks
I'll take note of those, i think I'll start taking my I phone to gym as I have the Ifitness with the Vids etc. I did Leg Press, sitting back & sitting up, leg curls & seated calf raises with 2 lots of tread mill ten mins before & after the excercises. I think I want to aim to get a lot bigger this year
