214lbs today, drop another 3lbs of fattage!!! Abs are all ready popping which is very cool for my goal of 200lbs @ 4% come Oct (I've got plenty of time, I should be able to slowly coast).

Yup, the trick is keep on as much mass now. No problem in dropping weight I could run a marathon and fast for a week and drop 14lbs but that would kill lots of gains, so.
Must remain patient and let it trickle down. The equation is there, it's just broscience from now on!j/k

That's the issue I just had. Worked on the house for the past two weeks in 100degree + weather and dropped 10lbs, and for sure lost some muscle mass, too.
Hope you can keep most of it man, especially with how dedicated you've been.
Yea, there will be a few weeks where I keep cals the same and up my protein in striving to drive the BF% down but maintain the same weight, we'll see how that goes but that's like trying to deadlift a fridge.Possibly but we are talking fractions.
The only way I can explain it, it's like holding onto a rope for as long as possible until your hands just give out and tap.
