Ski, you use walden farms? I have been using the ranch dressing and some sauces. Great for calorie free. The chocolate helps in making some good tasting coffee drinks.

Sparingly(just because it's 0 cals/fats/carbs/sugars:there's some fake ____ in there though: on everything.) on the pancakes, but that's about it.

214lbs today, drop another 3lbs of fattage!!! Abs are all ready popping in which is very cool for my goal of 200lbs @ 4% come Oct (I've got plenty of time, I should be able to slowly coast ).

OOHHhhh so close, I can't wait!!!

Yup, the trick is keep on as much mass now. No problem in dropping weight I could run a marathon and fast for a week and drop 14lbs but that would kill lots of gains, so :nono.

Must remain patient and let it trickle down. The equation is there, it's just broscience from now on! :lol j/k

:lol:exactly:

That's the issue I just had. Worked on the house for the past two weeks in 100degree + weather and dropped 10lbs, and for sure lost some muscle mass, too. :(

Hope you can keep most of it man, especially with how dedicated you've been.

Yea, there will be a few weeks where I keep cals the same and up my protein in striving to drive the BF% down but maintain the same weight, we'll see how that goes but that's like trying to deadlift a fridge. :lol Possibly but we are talking fractions. :D

The only way I can explain it, it's like holding onto a rope for as long as possible until your hands just give out and tap.

Yeah, that's sounds like a PIA, especially naturally!

And somehow I think you could deadlift a fridge....maybe use a cast iron tub in your analogy next time. :lol

I want to spend the next 5 years becoming a dentist so I can fix 'em teef. I do find them funny though.

Deadlifts, other back exercises, chest, bi's and some tri's. Working from home today monitoring the system at my office but I might go on a bike ride with the old lady.

Life passes you up but it's up to you to pass up life!

Boy I have been a stranger to this thread. Ever since I got hit in the face with the hockey puck and was not able to exercise I kind of lost my way.

I have been working hard to get back but have come to realization that I will never be that guy that can get to the guy everyday, but will be the guy that will do everything I can to stay in shape in any way that I can.

I have decided to try working out with natural movements in mind. That includes running, swimming, rope pulls, sludge hammer swings, tire flips, etc. Not sure how that will work out but we shall see.

Anyways I will update my progress when I can.

I wathc part of the Reebok crossfit comp and that stuff is great. That's really the way I want my training to be as well as my fitness level.

Crossfit is awesome. Too bad there are no Crossfit gyms in this anthill of a country I live in.

Was back in the gym yesterday for the first time after surgery 2 weeks ago. Trained with some light weights (which were heavy...), but it felt really good. Cals back up to 3000 and slowly going to put the weight back on that I lost.
