I knew a guy who took Smilax Gold, which is a liquid that you put under your tongue to increase your level of testosterone when lifting. He was an impressive athlete with an athletic scholarship to the University of Nebraska. He was a big believer in it and recommended it to me. I never used it, as I thought it a bit unnatural, because I would rather have built muscle with my own will, without that sort of assistance, because I found it more satisfying to do it without.

Some guys swear by it.

Into my second week of running 3x's a week in the morning (lifting the other 3 days), and man does it sting, especially combined with working on the house for 2-3 hours at night in 90+ degree weather.

Feels like two-a-days back in college.

I said stupid OR ignorant, not stupid AND ignorant. Saying yoke instead of yolk is ignorant, not stupid.
Thinking people don't need to know how to spell anymore because they have spell-check on an ipad is what makes people stupid. It makes the brain atrophy. If you don't use it, you lose it.
