Fortunately, I pretty much eat chicken almost exclusively, I'm not a red meat eater, occassionally a burger at a BBQ or restaurant if there's nothing else I like, but otherwise, i don't eat it at home, i rarely eat anything desert. My biggest downfall is pizza, and I only do that once a week. I rarely go to fast food places anymore, can't even remember the last time I went to one.

Pizza is good my friend, it's my weakness as well, I can eat a whole large and my grl will get mad at me :lol I gained like 5lbs of water weight for 3 days and then it's off. She's like why do u go all out for months and then gorge urself. Well I have to in order to remain sane :rotfl

There's always a happy medium, I have buddies at work that still go out to eat everyday for lunch (fast food, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Fazoli's, KFC etc...) and I used to do this with them before I got serious about my diet for bodybuilding. I remember just feeling like complete a$$ once I got back from lunch, I was noding off at my desk and my stomach was ready to explode from over eating. This was all about 8 something years ago but every since training and dieting became more of my life, it's almost like a wake up call and I know or at least I hope that I'll live longer than if I continued to go the other route.
 
I'll allow myself to splurge for one night. :D

I no longer eat regular crust Pizza, I eat thin crust, less grease and something about the crunch makes it more satisfying.

I used to be able to down a large without blinking, impressed a co-worker or two back in the day with that skill :lol Since dieting though, my stomach has shrunk so much, half fills me up now, if I pused, maybe 3/4 but I couldn't eat a whole one if I wanted to.
 
That Freaks Party video needs to have pop ups telling us who is who. Otherwise is just a bunch of dinks jumping around. :lol

This is my first post on this thread. I enjoy working out and has become part of my daily life style for the last 10 yrs of my life. I go to the gym 4 times a week and practice yoga 2 times a week.

I think one of the key things about working out is to find some kind of physical activity that you enjoy and keep up with it. Diet is hard, my diet consist of very low carbs. I eat alot of vegetables, yogurts, meats and fish...

My typical food for one day would be:
Breakfast:
oatmeal, protein drink, and sometimes eggs
Snack:
yogurt or banana
Lunch:
Usually tuna sandwich or some type of wrap.
Snack:
Banana or nutritional bar of some type.
Dinner:
Vegetables with some type of meat...

Let me know if you have any questions.. Im willing to help out..
 
You guys were mentioning soda earlier, I dont drink any of that, but my only vice is diet enery drinks, are these as bad???

Yup, it's basically the same amount of sugar, sometimes more. 10 tablespoons I can guarantee. That's what it is for sodas anyways regardless of reg or diet. :monkey2
