Yeah, I LOVE it. Any of my Conan soundtrack songs that play when I lift or run, they just get me JACKED. I really push hard when it starts to play, somehow it's inspirational to me. I just imagine myself more powerful and it happens. Great music!And agreed on that Rocky track. I also have a bunch on my ipod, they really give me a great jump in power or speed. Insane inspiration.

Every run for me. Start out with the Rocky IV training music, the instrumental stuff, then into Going the Distance from Rocky, then Hearts On Fire, then for the hardest part of my run it's Gonna Fly Now but it's not long enough so I have it from Rocky 3 and Rocky 6, then Hearts on Fire again because that's good for medium running pace, then the Gonny Fly Now combo for the second peak, and then War from Rocky 4.
Best part is, I ripped them from the DVD, so I get the audio of Mickey and Apollo and everyone shouting in my ear as I'm trying to get through my run and that helps too.

It is the most motivational soundtrack, it has to be, I love all of them. Greatest hits Rocky Balboa, the 6th movie has all them combined.
I watch that every time I run during my stretches. My favoirte visual is at the end when Stallone's just hammering into the punching, the fire and determination in his face is so awesome.
I also get a little choked up when he's on his run and hits that point where he darts away from the crowd and you see this fire in his face again looking to hit the stairs, that's what gets me through, seeing myself hitting those stairs at the end of my metaphorical and literal run.

Yup. One time I was partying with some friends and someone grabbed a cd and threw it in thinking it said rock mix, it was a Rocky workout mix I'd made a friend of mine, there's like 10 of us sitting around a campfire and some of the people were like what ^^^^, I feel like I should be running right now instead of drinking

I think a lot of ppl don't realize what a great story it actually is... I know it gets made fun of a lot and not until u start training do u understand what someone like Rocky "in real life" has to go through in order to beat the odds.
