Been slacking myself since I got back from Afghanistan. I've never been a thin man, but I was about 235 by the end of that (6'1). Got up to the high 260s while on parental leave.

I'm down about 12-13 lbs since I started going to work early and running 6.5kms in 35 mins. Gonna try and keep that up! :)
 
If only there was a cautionary tale as to what could happen when you do **** like that....

It's my blueberry protein pancakes with 1 cup of oats, 10 egg whites, a cup of blueberries and we have this!

Also picked up some roasted chicken breast, it's a rotisserie and it's all white meat which is better but who cares if there's dark meat in there if that's all they have left at the grocery store, it's better than McDonalds and Pizza Slut, right? :wink1:

Quick easy way for a meal on the run, pick it up at your local grocery store, shred it at home and you'll have about 4 portions of meat for the week. Well, I go through about 4 of these full chickens a week pretty easily, maybe even more on some surplus weeks.

I'm willing to try it. I need something new. My only drawback of eating healthy is boredom and not enough recipes.
 
I know what you mean Phil, I'm a strange creature, the more routine the less I have think, it's those nasty gathering, parties, etc... that I want to have fun at and eat anything I want or drink anything I want but I know where that road can lead me.... to "less gains" so I just stay on the straight and narrow.

Let me know if you've got anything new as well with meals, I'm a guinea pig at that sort of thing! :rock

I'll try it if it leads to WORLD DOMINATION!!!!! "RAUUUUUUUUGH!!!!"

I remember when Rich Gaspari ate this(not in pancake form but just mixed together) before he won the Arnold classic. I made it: 1cup oats,6-10 egg whites mixed with blueberries or strawberries. It really taste good.
 
I've been doing deads to get my lower back stronger. I'm now up to 285 for reps. I hope to be at 350 by next Dec. and hit 425 buy June 2014'. Should be able to do it. I'm trying to do it at a weight of 170 or lower.

Man... :rotfl, I sub to these guys just for not taking it all too seriously, never take yourself too seriously.... :)
