I did em tonight, dont feel like I got the same pump, maybe is used a weight that was to light :(

I did at least 10 sets
 
OMG don't post things with Ian McCarthy please. (Even if the other guy if fine Ian is a ****** of monumental proportions, nobody likes a cocky kid with a questionable physique giving know-it-all advice )

I do shrugs on the smith machine or dumbells. I also use a cable machine to shrug up and back but I stand with a slight lean back for a better squeeze.

On the video you posted Ski I tend to stand on the side of Ian. Too many peole say one has to do it only one way for something to work. 2,4,6 meals a day I don't see it matters. I see if someone is strict with how many meals they eat a day and the timing it might cause them to also be more strict on what they are eating and the dedication might flow into other areas of their life.
 
Deadlifts, Barbell Rows, Dumbell Rows, Alternating Dumbell Curls and Weighted Situps last night.

Back and abs are toasted.
