To me and in my opinion, just worry about the amount of calories you get in in the day. I wouldn't focus too much on pre and post anything as long as you have energy to train before hand and I think most of us have some type of appetite after working out.

Myself I like to train on a empty stomach in the mornings, food slows me down because of it digesting while I'm trying to work out, so I go on ground zero and feed the rest of the day... usually try to cut my eating off around 7:00 p.m.

I'm starting a round of Insanity/Asylum together either tomorrow or next week (haven't decided). I'm trying it without the supplements this time (creatine, protein). I think I eat enough protein and creatine filled foods that I really don't need anything else. Plus that shat is expensive!

:lecture put that money to the grocery list.

Really great video just in general, bodybuilding/fitness can really make you a well rounded person in general. I know I've grown and went through similar phases. Today it's almost about helping people get there that are serious about anything and everything fitness wise.

Almost like a big huge comradery whenever it comes to people wanting to better themselves whether its socially, physically or what not.

Good advice, thanks. It's crazy how many people eat late at night on a regular basis, by the way.

Mmmmmm, protein turkey pizza!

Yea I have TBH, it's not my favorite food, it never was. I especially hated them whenever I was a kid but my mother made me eat them. :lol

Today, it's not about the taste though, I just eat them and really don't think about it. I look at food as how many grams of p/c/f :rotfl

Franco had some of the best upper pecs of his time. I read he spent most of his chest w/o doing upper chest.
