Today was Bench press, close grip bench, ultra wide grip bench, dumbell tricep extensions and dumbell side laterals.

Feels great to be back in the swing of it all. Strength is still no where near what is was but it is climbing.

You're going to love this Chili. Only 300 calories per serving and 8 grams of fat , 30 grams of protein. Here's the best part It's only about $3.00 per serving. It keeps well and I know you're going to have 2 servings minimum and that's 60 grams of protein. Awesome

1.) You will need Pam cooking Spray
2.)97% Lean Ground Turkey ( Yes 3% fat) not bad 160 calories and 22 grams of protein per serving. 8 grams of fat but only 2.5 grams of saturated fat. We use Shady Brook Farms. $6.99 was about 20 ounces , servings 5 about $1.39 per serving
3.) Goya Red Kidney Beans $1.25 per can 8 grams of protein per serving cost .35 cts per serving 0 fat

Man deadlifts are hard work. I am always left exausted.

Just had that feeling about squats yesterday. I finished a routine two weeks in a row with a 10 X 10 set of moderately heavy weight... Last set I turned around and felt like praying to the porcelin god.

10x10? Damn. And I thought 5x5 was hard.

How often do you do 10x10?

It's just been the past two weeks, giving the jolt to stimulant something feeling different. TBH, legs aren't really sore from it as much as I'd think they were going to be. I did shoulders and tri's today and didn't feel hinder. I really had a hella of pump though on legs yesterday. :thud:

I really don't stick to too much and change up light from heavy, etc... I try to mix up the rest times, supersets and what not...anything to get me winded while doing weights.

Going pretty well! :rock

I did that once. I didn't think much of it in terns of strength and/or mass but it certainly is great for conditioning. I prefered sets of 20.
