That's cause the old Jackd had 1.3 dimly in it (now banned) and it was not good for you. That's why you felt unstoppable.

I cycle off the stuff for 8 weeks at a time. But the new formula sucks and does nothing for me. I feel absolutely nothing taking it. The old stuff could give me a boost on those days where every muscle is aching but you know you need to hit the gym. I'll have to check out the Superpump though. Thanks.

Superpump will give you the shts. It's a great n.o. though. Just be aware your farts can kill others around you while taking it.
 
Did strongman events on Saturday. It had been a few years since I've touched this stuff. Was able to easily do a 300lbs log clean and press and load a 335lbs atlas stone. Strength is coming back quickly which is surprising me.

My split is pretty much

Monday
Deadlifts (heavy one week and for speed the next)
Barbell rows
T-Bar rows
Barbell Shrugs
Biceps
Abs

Wednesday
Bench
Close Grip Bench
Ultra wide Grip Bench
Flies
Tricep work

Friday
Squats
Goodmornings
Abs

Saturday
Events

Sunday
Speed Bench with bands
Bench rep out (max reps with 225 or so)
Triceps, Pecs and shoulder work

Your right. I'm 6'3 but its hard work keeping yourself lean while putting on muscle.

How do you measure it? Congrats you must be ripped!

Thanks man. I used to be a fatty 2 years ago but I did P90x and Insanity for a year and now I'm a total gym rat.

I use my Omron body fat analyzer. Its pretty close to what your actual BF precentage is.
 
You found another gem Ski! I'm sharing this with folks from now on. People see me eating the way I do and want to know more about nutrition and exercise, but then get turned off by the types of foods I consume. I tell them that if I could get in shape by drinking beer and eating pizza every day I would do it. It's like everyone wants to know what it takes to get in shape, but when they hear it takes work both physically and mentally sun up to sun down; discipline and dedication, they get turned off.

I get "3:30 p.m.?" all the time.

I've actually started telling people I'm not going to even give them advice any more. Sounds douchie but it gets old telling people the same stuff over and over around the same time of year only to see those same people over and over complain how fat they are and not do anything about it.

I can't help you of you don't help yourself.

Oh and I would love to so 3:30AM workouts but being a single dad every other week throws my routine off. One week after work then one week before; not getting enough rest.
