Bought a pair of these earlier today. I'm hoping when the legs are better these help a bit.

I've learned a couple things myself. Your body may do it because you are strong minded. It doesn't mean it's good for your body. Hence my leg pain and me thinking I can run and do other programs at a high intensity just starting out again. Wrong!

Second I'm not losing weight because I'm eating too little. I've had to add on about another 700 to 1000 calories a day.

That is all so far. As soon as my legs get better I will be back at it and avoiding these two mistakes.

Yea, there's quite a bit of mistakes along this journey that's for sure. I've made the same mistakes in the past but I keep learning as well. The bodybuilding is really a good staple for me though with the dieting.

I'm around the 2500 cals and pushing past 300+ carbs and still losing weight, WHICH I love... it took a while for my body to get to adapt to carb loading it but I keep the intensity high and the weights heavy and my body just gets better and better with my age. I'm not sure how long the magic will last for years to come as pushing it this hard but I only hope that whenever 30+ years goes by I will be thanking my younger self for the hardwork.

Yup, needed more food. Weight is coming back off. It looks like I am getting a gym membership. My insurance cuts the price in half. Been dumbbell training and riding a stationary to keep my cardio up while my legs heal. These ****ers still hurt! It's been two weeks! :monkey4

Awesome man, good luck with your workouts!

Have any of you guys noticed that the smaller guys at the gym are jealous little @*#s of any guy that's bigger then them and can lift more weight. I gotta say I'm getting sick of the gym atmosphere where all the small dudes feel the need to bounce around and act tough insinuate steroid use etc.. I'm no massive guy but have been doing weights on and off for 6 yrs now..they don't seem to account for the years you've been going and assume your some juicer

:lol Yeah in a lot of cases. But I usually get a kick out of the really really skinny dudes in "wife beater" shirts that walk with their arms out like they're carrying phone books under them :lol

One of the employees at my gym posted this on the fitness center's facebook page. So what do you think? Possible to put on 20 lbs. of muscle in 2 months without being on something?

His abs have about the same definition. I've never seen anyone gain 20lbs in 2mo without gaining more than 1-2lbs of fat. Most would be lucky to get that in 6mo to a year.

His shoulders are the biggest change. Really does look unreal in that Tim period. Although the perspective is different as well. Meh whatever. I do what I do to better myself.

It's possible but highly unlikely... how old is this guy, mid 20's.

I could almost believe it if he never supplemented before he could get these gains although he's pretty decently lean as well, unless he had a good bulk and then cut back down. :dunno
