He's having two of those which is 60g+ of fat. Take into account his food intake and he could be well over 100g/day. If his bulk diet is something like:
100g FAT
250g CARB
225G PROT
+/- 2800cal/day
Looks like a decent bulk diet though it would be too high for me. I would rather use skim milk or almond milk and save the extra fat cals for whole eggs, bacon or better yet though a 1/4 cup of ice cream in that shake.

BTW I agree with there being too many sheeple. For the last 9mo I have been using IIYFM and I have felt so much better with my cut.

No you got in better shape by exercising and eating in a deficit, period. You chose fat to cut to do that. What where your macros? What's your base?

Fat is good for you, sounds like you believe mainstream hype.

The only thing I believe in is cutting down on fat. But if he's bulking then it does make sense.

If it was me I'd be terrified taking that in every day :lol

Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd stop in since I love the idea of a fitness thread. I lost over 100 lbs a number of years ago. My back gave out on me this past year, so I'm trying to shed the weight I put back on and get back to my weight I was at about two years ago. Look forward to hopefully talking with some of you.

Yo I got some mad lifts in last night. Check out my video. :rock

Getting these tomorrow, I can't wait! I have some other Bluetooth headsets and they are really not comfortable and the "next" buttons to switch songs is not working all the time, so I'm getting these new ones. I had a friend at the gym recommend them and he had the prior headset that I'm working out with right now.

Ski

Those are complete ***** after a few workouts.

I've gone through two sets.

I don't think they handle moisture very well. You may notice they'll stop pairing or they simply dont turn on any more.
