DA, it's funny u always post right before I leave work and I'm about to start my own routine. This does help out with my own motivation
BTW: Tweaking diet and started today, only carbs are coming from sweet potatoes and it's just a medium size one so it's roughly around 30 carbs. Grabbed like six of them on the way to work after this morning cardio session. Another new tid bit that my 10 egg whites in the morning which I would prepare in my blender with a scoop of whey protein and down the sucka... Well I'm now taking out the whey protein scoop part of it and just basically pouring the egg whites into a glass and u guess it....

Right there was a lil turning point in my self even though doing this sort of thing for years, never would I of though in my life, I would not be afraid to down 10 egg whites in liquid form, non-cooked just for a meal and the protein. This is where I truly legitly do not care about the food and taste of what I'm eating and it's got only one goal in mind to become the best physical shape of my life.
