You know, I've noticed something really nice lately. Even though my waist hasn't dramatically slimmed, it's pretty much that last spot that will, I accept that, overall I feel like I have more room in jeans and cargo pants, just my legs and everything else slimming up has really made a total difference instead of just pulling in the waistline.

That's one thing or a pet peeve of mine is that whenever a person just sits there and stairs at the wall for like 5 minutes while sitting on the bench.
This brings up a question. I wait a minute between sets, and do 3 sets of 10. I took a weight training course as an undergrad, where we essentially did the same thing, but sets of 12. Is this not good somehow? Sometimes my heart is pumping so hard, that I don't know if I should only do sets 30 seconds after one another.

Yeah, I know how you feel. Today was my chest day and it's the first time I've been sore there in a long time. I did 80 lbs DB Bench today, as well as 120 Barbell Decline, and 40's DB fly's today.... Really tore me up. My chest is definitely feeling it now...

At one point I almost threw up... :rotfl

just curious when a lot of you guys are talking bout how much your doing with DB's, when you say 80 on bench, are you talking about 80lb combined, or pushing 160lb DB's?

145lbs each, 290lbs combined for me.

U normally list the each hand part when ur talkn about DB press, barbell you would list the total combined weight.

What are you liking so far?

I like the focus.

And the fact that i was doing 5 sets and my goal was to hit
12 10 8 6 6, and this was the first time i hit them all (pyramiding down upping weight each set) Now i will up the weight. (shoulder presses)

Not sure if it was the Superpump or the refeed yesterday :)

Hey lads just found this thread, Been going to the Gym for almost 8 months now, been trying for 4-5 days a week when I can & seeing some good progress, I've managed to maintain my weight & drop of a lot of the fat stuff and saw the weights I push out increase pretty rapidly. I'm pretty crap with the terminology involved so please excuse me if I get a bit stupified in my replies.

80lb per hand for me so 160 total

What he said... 80's per hand. :rock

And glad you like the SP250 Krayt, it really works for me too! I hope you bust through all of your plateau's.

I had kind of an off day from the diet, I went over my calorie limit because my Wife surprised me with Ice cream. But thankfully it wasn't too much of a skew.. but still enough to make me hit some sets in my garage tonight. :lol

And glad to have you Shocktrooper, don't worry about the terminology... you'll get the hang of it. All that matters is that you are DOING it. :duff

I like it but it kinda made me a tad queasy and gave me a little anxiety. Focus and energy was great though, maybe gotta get used to it.

There are a few tips I can give you that I learned from a Gaspari rep. He said, first off... don't take it after a breakfast or other meal that includes a protein shake. Or else, you will probably get an upset stomach or a very soon restroom trip. :lol

Make sure that your meal before taking this is a solid meal of real food.

Secondly, be sure to allow 45 mins to an hour to elapse before you hit the gym. As it sometimes will make you burp during your workout and overall just make you uncomfortable.

After I started following those basic rules, I no longer had any problems. At first I waited like 25 mins and then went, and as I was on the treadmill all I did was burp... and sometimes I would have to stop running to go and hit the toilet. It was never excessive, but annoying.

But you will get the hang of it, and you will never go a workout session without a fantastic....AMAZING pump. :rock

I have taken it 30 min after a protein shake and bowl of cereal. No problems with the superdump effect. It just seems to give me anxiety, dunno man. And yes i wait 30-45 after taking it to hit the weights. So the bathroom part is not the problem....yet. :) I just don't like the anxious feelings, but it's weird cause i don't feel anxious till like hours after i've taken it, not while i'm actually on it. Wonder if it's a crash of sorts.

Yeah that's one of things I didn't really like about Super250, they said that they reformulated it and made it better on the stomach but I still had problems with the rumbling going on down there whenever trying to workout even though it did give me energy and focus. I think they were saying it had too much Magnes... if I remember correctly, it's been a while since I've read much Gaspari stuff.

I switched to Controlled Labs White Flood and have really been happy with it, all the benefits of 250 without the negs or having to watch what you eat before taking it such as protein intake and I can take it immediately before working out with any stomach issues.

:lol

Yeah, no feeding me after midnight... :rotfl

Honestly, I haven't had much of an issue with SP250... just the occasional pre workout poo break. I don't get anxious or anything afterwards, but then again.. I am usually at the gym for 2 hours, so I guess it's pretty well working it's way out of my system by then.

I am almost out though, so I guess I will have to wait a few weeks before I use it again once it IS out.
