Man, today was BAD ASS! It was arm day, and today I got the most amazing forearm pump ever. I really felt like my left arm was just going to burst. I actually had to postpone my last bicep exercise and do a shoulder one to make it subside. I felt massive.

And I ended my day with a rear Deltoid superset that really tortured me, but I think it did the trick. Overall a great day, I hope you all have had the same. :rock
 
So which one do you guys prefer, NO explode or SuperPump250?
Also, what are some good healthy snacks to eat in between meals?

250 and Explode is so 2006 :lol I'm kidding it's what works best for u.

If you guys are looking for an incredible shoulder routine try this out. Start at the lowest dumbells available. Do 10 front raises, 10 side raises, and lean over and do 10 rear delt raises. Put the dumbbells down and move to the next weight up and continue to do this all the way up until you can't get 10, 10, 10 anymore, and then work your way back down to the lowest again. Do not take a break in between any set up or down. You'll start to cry half way through guaranteed. What's really funny is by the time you make it to the lowest dumbbell again you'll look like you're struggling to do 5lb dumbbells in front of the entire gym. lol
 
Although I stop trusting BSN whenever someone broke down their formula and they had more caffeine in their product than any CEM3. That's where my trust started lacking on any BSN product and then Ronnie Coleman the face and main sponser for them dropped the product.
 
Despite having my routine severely halted last week, I still lost 2 more pounds, down to 286, 26 left to my goal :rock

Great work BTW DA, what are you weighing now? Today is my off day, I don't like Mundays because everyone and their mother is there at the gym working out chest :lol

Pulled a muscle in my neck tonight lifting weights and couldn't finish my workout. Can't hardly move my neck at all right now--feels like a "neck crick" when you sleep wrong. Here's hoping it doesn't last more than a day or two. :(

And newbs always go to the leg machines cuz thats the only ones they can put some real weight on :lol

You work Tues to Sun, with only one day off?
