Through Saturday. Sunday and Monday off.
 
I have a question as I am mainly eating chicken now but after adding them into fitday I noticed that they are the following for my two main styles:

Both:
Protein 24g

1:
Carbs: 21g
Fat: 3g

2:
Carbs: 3g
Fat: 16g

Which one is really better for me?

Are these foods that you picked from Fitday or actual manual configurations?
 
Feel for you, esp today. Here's a story fellows. Today I spent 2hr driving my fam to our 6yr old daughters cheer clinic, 3hrs at the clinic and 2 hrs home. I got sunburned in the overcast clouds of Tahoe.
This is the kicker:
At about 1/2hr left of the day I was walking back from playing catch with my boys when I see a teenager streeking(sp) thru the middle of the clinic(250+ girls ranging 5-18). He's about 40yds from me running off the field and around a building and being chased by 4 or 5 male cheer instructors. Well I go into C.O. mode and give chase. I turned into Forrest Gump and passed all but one of the instructors. I ended up chasing him for about 100yds. During said chase I cut a corner under some pine trees and had to hurdle not one but two mounds of 4x3 piles of pine cones/needles. When I caught up he was in the process of putting on his undies. As two of the instructors grabbed him by the elbows and proceeded to escort him to the street he started to pull away so I placed him in a control hold and walked him the rest of the way. The kid was crying and begging for us to let him go. I sat him down and explaind to him that if one person decided to place a complaint with the arriving police he would be headed off to Juvi. What really upset him was when I asked if his football coach was still there. His summer is going to suck!!
Very exciting but during the chase I really compressed my back and had to drive home for 2 hrs and am having issues bending over or standing up. So hopefully by Wed I'll be ready to go.

Oh and my daughter did great for her first clinic.
 
Manually entered from the packaging. These are based on the recommended serving of 147g chicken breast.

That's strange straight chicken breast normally doesn't have any carbs, what else is in that meal. I would say option number 2 then is better since you will be wanting to get complex carbs from other sources such as brown rice, oats, potatoes and whole wheat pasta.
 
Damn I fear injury as it will set me back quite some time. My wife has a sprain ankle after her recent workout. Injuries of any kind are no fun.

I figured as much and to be clear the chicken is flavored which is where these carbs must be coming from. After eating mainly chicken for a few months I need variety to help. I cannot argue with the results though.

Ahhh makes sense, I was about to say straight up chicken is usually 0 fat and 0 carbs. Get some ground turkey, steak, eggs, etc... for more protein options. Make a stir fry with some of ur chicken with some low sodium teriyaki sauce, that always helps for me. Just to mix things up, sometimes I throw some chopped up steak in there as well with egg.

This reminded me of the last 'fun' intake we had. He decided to stick his bundle(meth) in the 'no-no' place. He ended up naked, lemon aide and pudding eveywhere fighting us and then tried to, um well...

Great work BTW DA, what are you weighing now? Today is my off day, I don't like Mundays because everyone and their mother is there at the gym working out chest :lol

Thanks man, I'm down to 199 right now. The love handles and belly are disappearing fast though, I'm really shocked at how quick they are melting away. My arms are getting a lot of definition, especially my forearms. My right Bicep muscle is starting to show a little vein action on the bottom even when I am relaxed. :rock2

And right now my fridge looks like the home of tupperware... everywhere you look there are containers of boiled eggs, cooked steak, cooked chicken breast, veggies, etc. It's pretty hilarious.

My diets going great though, I don't get tired of the chicken, rice, oats, or veggies. I'm loving it.
