I see, well I was mainly curious because I have the Vader, and other than, like many, wanting to see him a little burnt in the clothing, I was fine with it, eyes, face, hair paint all came out fine to me, so I was curious if these were a dissatisfaction with Sideshow's or people making their own cuz they couldn't get the Sideshow figure.

Not in the slightest. I love the original. Best figure of the line (I haven't had Maul delivered yet...) but I do have a real fondness for Episode 3 Anakin.

I love the way Andy translated Anakin's hair into solid format, I think it came out great and is one of the best feature's of the sculpt.

Are these customs of Darth Vader or the Anakin figure because you guys weren't able to purchase the Darth Vader?

No, mine and Abstracts were both the Darth Vader Anakin painted to look more exciting and menacing. The eyes work very well at their current placement and many other artists have done the very same thing. It works.

I have my one Anakin and my Mustafar Darth Vader.....Just wanted it to have more "pop"

And thanks for the love, Abstract.... I'm very pleased you like him so much!

Its made of styrene in various layers. Everything has texture and layers to it, even the floor. Its actually pretty heavy too.

That's actually pretty badass! I think with a bit of a paint touch up, it could really shine!

Just scored a sith anakin

I was on big bad toy store and scored a sith anakin skywalker for 100 . This is the 2006 comiccon one it is a open box and is complete and in awsome condition cant wait to display it with my emperor and throne. I just got my very first clone trooper too the 501st one i was so impressed i preordered agent cody.
