Hurricane you did a great job blending the two together but the Hasbro hair seems much less detailed and natural looking.

The Hasbro hair was, bizarrely, a more accurate 'shape' (note Im not saying the hair was better than SS) but I guess because it came off a different donor head, I doesn't look like it's sits as comfortably on the SS head. Which kind of makes sense as it's not the head it was sculpted for.

It's a great thing to try though and I totally admire you for doing it! Also your paint jobs are getting better and better each time I see.

Josh...buddy...:) ...I'll trade you my SEALED Sith Anakin for this Burnt version :monkey3 What d'you think? PMS me if interested.

Y'know I keep forgetting DA did that burnt up Mustafar version of Vader. I really must come back to reference that along with my screencap collection when I come to do my Vader with my new head.

That looks like it was a load of fun DA. Scary, but fun, lol. And the result is astounding.

You watch.... i'll end up setting mine on fire :lol

:lol :rotfl :lol Yeah, it was a little hairy...

That thing is my baby, though... one of my favorites EVER.

I'm actually working on another one for Abstract Harmony... so keep an eye out. I can use some of the lessons I learned on this one and put them to good use. Either way, it's going to be fun. :D

DarkArtist81 has well and truly (as you can clearly see) created a wonder.

I can't wait to have him on display at home.

Josh - you are one in a million!!!!!!!

His eyes don't seem to be showing much in those pictures, it's kinda an odd look for them. Clothing looks very nice though.

He's looking upward like the GG Darth Maul mini-bust and the SSC 1/6 T-1000. That's why his eyes look a bit off.

I think AH's DA weathered Sith Ani is awesome, great job Josh. I had FML do a OOAK Sith Ani for me last year and I wanted the eyes to look up also but as he "became" Anakin, not the full blown Sith eyes... here's a shot of him.

Are these customs of Darth Vader or the Anakin figure because you guys weren't able to purchase the Darth Vader?

I used the SSC Anakin figure, but they would both work (Sith and Reg Ani) as the HS are the same.

Nope, I have 4 of them and TBH he's my favourite SSC SW Figure - I just wanted Josh to work his Mustafar Mojo as I loved the distressing he did to his own.

Here's how I have mine posed :-

1 - Hooded Temple Entrance
2 - Mustafar Duel (posed with Obi)
3 - Fully Mustafar'd Vader (see above)
4 - One MIB (just in case)
