Nope. Glen Mazzara has confirmed that Merle is not the Governor and we wont see the Governor until next season. On the plus side, we will be seeing Michonne later this season.

I'm shocked he has fans...

I was always under the impression that he was delusional, and forced himself on tv shows....but then again, I was pretty drunk when I came to this conclusion years ago.

Sorry, I just watched Talking Dead for the first time and found it horrible.

I don't know why it needs to be so funny...they should discuss the show in an entertaining way, but not making fun of it, and trying to get your lame joke out before the time is up.
