this show needs to die lol

Why does it need to die? If you don't like it, don't watch it. I still like it.

Darabont? He went on to make one show that was quickly cancelled.....
Darabondt has done some amazing work, his TV credits are not impressive, but I believe thats the studios......

He is a movie guy....needs a big budget.

If you re watch the first episode of TWD you can see the quality difference.

I'm done after Negan arc is resolved.

Since they are still doing Negan arc stuff.....that resolution is 3 seasons away at least....

I don't know anything about the comic but i don't think they can drag out Negan that long. His story will have to be wrapped up this season.

Well, part of Negan story will have to wrap up soon but the rest could last a long time. I have been a fan from day one but I would be ok with the show ending soon. Its just too many episodes and to slow pacing and the meet enemy, kill enemy, relax, meet new enemy formula is getting kind of old. They need to somehow create at least the illusion of an ending… something they are striving for rather than just living day to day.

it has nothing new to deliver. the last 8 episodes were like doing homework to watch. they slowed everything to a crawl. Negan was supposed to be the most iconic bad guy and turned out to be a buffoon. everything now will just recycle itself.
The show needs a good ending and end on a high note instead of jumping the shark and becoming completely unwatchable.

I know to some fans, They could literally film Daryl taking a poo for an entire hour and some super fans will absolutely love it no matter what but the show doesnt seem to have anything new to deliver.

I am still a big fan of the first 3 seasons. those will always be great for me. i will always love them. i will always love the characters.

But the show is becoming one of the worst offenders of milking the cow to death, and not only that but these lawsuits PROVE how crappy the management of the show has been and how they do not care about Quality but only care about quantity and about money.

That's basically how the comic is :lol

I've talked **** about the show plenty, but it doesn't bother me that people watch and still like it. I do get irritated at the people that aren't honest about the show's shortcomings.

Season 2 was the peak for me. I know people **** on Mazzara but I think he made season 2 great even when it wasn't fully based on the events of the comic. I thought the boiling point of Rick and Shane was excellent and it had the pay off it needed for the viewers. Season 3 held my interest and I liked it... and then they stupidly spoiled that Daryl got away in the teaser for part II which was the beginning of the end with me as a fan :lol from then on, I grew out of it because it just became more stupid contrived story troupe compounding on each other... and recycled over and over again.

I keep watching in the hopes it gets better, but no :lol

I stopped reading the comic with the conclusion of the Negan arc. I thought it was such a ****** anti-climatic end that I just couldn't put anymore time into it.

it isnt even about the fans because who cares,
But imagine if Breaking Bad was still going.......

Or look at Dexter.... look at what happened to dexter and how it ended. it was atrocious. Do Walking Dead Fans really want an "Dexter" style ending? (style as in quality)

are walking dead fanboys really wanting this show to go 14 seasons and destroying any sense of quality?

These lawsuits are very hilarious because even the creator of the thing itself had enough of AMC's crap.
