Why didn't they just shoot Negan mid speech?

He's got plot shields. It's like Batman's plot armor, but not as powerful.

Unless he's shot by a silver bullet from a holy gun made by Zeus himself, Negan won't get killed.

This show is getting harder and harder to watch for me and my wife. Just not enjoying it as much as we used to. No one just puts a bullet in Negan's head when they have clear chances to do it and then Gabriel risks his life to help a POS like Gregory. Yeah, OK.

They were timing them how long it would take them to get from one place to another. I guess they would be pretty consistent on a highway. They're lucky they weren't the World War Z zombies.

I haven't either, but I have seen enough of it to see how fast they move. No one would have a chance!

The shooting windows instead of Negan .... Gab just did the most dumbest thing ever.. Speech is cheesy as hell... Magan as the new leader does not fit at all...Zombies can now walk as fast as a Motorcycle is driving.... everything looks just dumb somehow

I stopped watching quite a few years ago, and I find it quite surprising the amount of dissenting opinions on what the show is now. Where as years ago it was nothing but praised by just about everyone.

Most tv shows last between 3-5 years now. There's no time for people to grow tired of it. Hershel's unlimited ammo just gave everyone a chuckle back then, but if it were to happen now, it would've been a much bigger deal.

I still enjoy the show. Better than most shows on these days.

IMO the 100th episode was pretty good and my friends and I enjoyed watching it.

I think the show should of been limited to a few seasons. Kirkman took liberties with it from the comic, so why not the universe as a whole for the show? I think stacking so many seasons doesn't translate well at all, as you said, people grow tired of it.

I stopped after the train tracks season with Terminus. I didn't like, hate it, I just got very bored of the by the numbers progression of the show. The Zombies just became stale to me since they weren't even a threat really anymore, but that also goes on in the comic too.

I still think the first two seasons were the peak of the show. Season 3 is when I started getting weary of it since that season was so botched from the source material... and the fact they jumped the shark and spoil in the mid season preview that Daryl escapes the Governor
