Nah, total waste of tv time
It gets better as it goes along. The first season wasn't that good, though watching it a second time made it much better.
It's going to be real interesting to see how they put the two shows together.
Not a waste of time for everybody and last Sunday's talking dead for the 100th episode was really cool - imo.

Better editing could help, but sometimes there's a problem with how it's shot. Like the shoot-out in the s7 finale. They make it too obvious certain characters have plot armor.
I just finished watching the premiere. While there were definitely some “suspension of disbelief “ moments, I really enjoyed it.

Was that really a flashforward to the actual future though or just Rick fantasising.....about having a really bad short hair and long Gandalf beard combo....
Short hair, epic grey beard, and cane is what rick looks like in the comic books, au currant.

Yeah, IIRC rick has an arm like the one armed man in The Fugitive currently in the comics. Except no rubber hand, just a hook.
I don't think they'll do it. They'll just continue to tease about it.

A quick glance at the Internet shows that the people complaining are the same ones who complained about the season 4,5,6,7 premieres and will continue to complain about the season 9,10,11,12... premieres.
I understand that the show has had its issues throughout a few seasons but I still enjoy it enough to stick by it.
Because all the people who moan about it still watch it every week.

I thought Sunday's 100th episode was really good.
The writing is just really bad, if this didnt have the comic fans of the horror fans backing it up it would have gotten cancelled at least 4 times already.
The speeches are becoming self parodies now. It almost feel like something that a parody movie would do.
The letting negan talk and not shoot him, the letting his people surrender..... wtf are they doing? Rick had NO problem shooting every single look out but offers surrender to these people? Wtf. And the wasting of bullets shooting the windows was so cheesy.....
This is becoming like army of darkness levels of cheesy.
Lack of options...
Yeah, as if Rick couldnt do much better too ( remember he went for jess and michonne was just consolation prize)
