A few things i found funny or impractical about last nights episode. Keep in mind i had fun with the episode and i enjoyed seeing the return of a S1 character at the end.

- when Katniss, i mean the kingdom archer got 2 headshots in on the savour guards in a split second.

- the good guys are incredibly good at headshots no matter how far their target is from them - lol.

- Ezekial more worried about speeches than the job at hand

- Jesus and his don't kill Mr. Pee pee pants, everybody knew the guy would turn on him and tara.

- how much ammo Aaron's group was wasting

- Aaron's group plan was not to wipe out the outpost they attacked but to box them in, kill a few and wait for them to turn so as a saviour walker they can kill their own people? Re-animation time varies so that was an uncertainty.

- Daryl going into battle with his single fire crossbow instead of a machine gun - knife to a gun fight.

- Sheeva again knowing who is bad and who to attack - ok!

- why was there a baby at the outpost Rick attacked?

There are other things i'm forgetting but this is me just pointing out how impractical/silly the writing is. Yes, i realize this is a zombie show and i'm nitpicking the reality of the writing :).

I actually thought that was cool and clever, however impractical it may be:lol

This episode felt like one of those cheap shows you’d see on Sci Fi channel. I can’t believe how amateur it looked. I also feel that Daryl’s popularity is based on the first few seasons. I just don’t think he’s done much lately. Also I feel he needs to clean his look up a little. He just looks too greasy and dirty….and I can’t make out if he’s getting fat or just thicker!! That sweat suit from last year made him look short!!

I think my favourite character on the show is Dwight now!

Yet they cant shoot negan last week who is like right in front of them....

I agree with most of the comments on here. Kinda watching just to see where it all ends up.

Lame cliffhanger again as we all know Rick ain't gona die. Even though he keeps on making mistakes. Yes he realised what he was becoming and doing when he saw the baby but come on man! And that Jesus/Tara/Morgan plot... really? Tara should just shoot him and be done with it so should Morgan. Poor writing there. Like others I have no clue what is going on with everyone. I told my wife they will not show how Gabriel ends up till a few episodes later as usual. They might not even show how Rick ends up in the next episode with how things are going. TWD needs better editors and writers... sigh.

Yep, I'm just hanging on because I have an interest in what'll happen to the characters. However, the show has become a shadow of its former self.

For fans of the comic how does this TV All Out War story compare with how it's executed in the comics? Is the show making a mess of it or is the comic storyline really that underwhelming compared to the original format of earlier seasons?

They're just wiping out all of the outposts that Dwight has given them information on aren't they? Carol and Ezekiel were seen by one of the spotters before they could take him out, so they headed towards the outpost and Shiva killed him before he reached his homemase because he was injured. That's what I got from those scenes.

Rick and Daryl are in an outpost where weapons have been stashed, going on information by Dwight, however Rick came across Morales before he found them.

The scenes with Aaron's group were the most boring, just endless gunfire is not interesting to watch.

While I'm not watching it, the comic version of AOW ending was a turdburger.

All out war was the worst arc of the series so far.....so its not surprising they are having trouble with it. Negan although exciting charcter in the comics, has been a bi of a let down. they just are not capturing his menace and presence.

Which is a shame because the character has a great arc upcoming, and the story following all out war is better.

Unfortunately I doubt it will be very palatable to a mass audience...

How do you mean? I thought Season 3, first half of 4 was great.

It's complete different than what went on in the comics. While I liked him as the Governor, the comic version is 10x more evil. Also, the Prison arc in the comic is more cohesive and has a better flow but doesn't have a satisfying end, which was done on purpose by Kirkman.
