im not surprised.. the milking is obvious and the show is lacking huge on quality .. im not excited anymore at all and a few seasons back I was like an hour already in front of the TV counting seconds... I cant wait for series finally

Finally saw it last night and thought it was boring af. What really happened that would constitute this as being anything good of a season premiere? The time jumps were terrible, which means the editing wasn't great. I thought as though maybe Negan was shot but he seemed perfectly fine in the trailer with Gabriel. I hope this doesn't dictate the rest of the season.

The time jump thing was done brilliantly in the episode where Tyrone dies....

But it's a handy trick only successfully used on rare occasion....

They could have just done a straight episode and shown the old man Rick stuff at the end....

That would have turned some heads....well if they had not shown that scene in the trailer...

Viewing habits have changed. People like to binge watch via streaming and watch on demand these days. I'm not sure how TWD viewing figures compare to other shows that air on TV stations weekly but I imagine they aren't doing too badly. Once Game of Thrones finishes TWD will be the only series I watch on TV. Netflix is king.
