No. They were at the prison and were looking for a crashed helicopter and any survivors. They followed the tracks to the town The Governor was in and the rest you know.

Find housing complex
Attacked by walkers and leave
Find Herschel's farm
Barn incident causes them to leave
Find the prison
See a helicoptor crash
Find the crash and follow tracks to Governor and Woodbury

13 total. First 7 episodes this fall (only two left), then a 3 month hiatus and final 6 episodes start in Feb 2012.

...this is why they didn't want to give Andrea a gun. Why even waste the ammo? Why create the noise? She did it just to prove something to herself.
