Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

That's why I put evidence in " ".

Other articles out there say he will have some elements of the character in him but not actually be him.

And here I thought you were just being a smartass with the " " usage. :lol

Smart writers would fill the public with disinformation and then reward the viewers with making it so. :lecture:lecture:lecture :exactly:

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I was using that same theory for those episode 6 and 7 spoilers. :lol

Well, for those, your theory's a bust. :lol

Though, admittedly, it's just as fun watching them play out. I know Rick pointing his python in that scene in the preview is probably the closing scene of the episode for it's winter hiatus.

Yup, then what are we going to do until Feb? :panic:

Pepper carolers with airsoft BBs! :yess:

I'll probably rewatch the Romero movies leaving out the last abomination, and finish the RotLD documentary's special features. Might throw in the Dawn remake to break things up. That movie's like crack.

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

I had such low expectations for the Dawn remake and was pleasantly surprised by it. I always end up watching it if it comes up while channel surfing. Zombie baby is a gas! :lol

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Potentially. But I really don't see that being such a "huge" revelation. I'd suspect Rick's reaction to that would be about as ho-hum as his reaction to Lori and Shane. Though I did laugh my ass off at Kevin Smith's statement about Rick's response to Lori's admission and him going through the credits to see that he was correct in assuming Rick's reaction was because that episode was written by a woman. It was sexist, but there's some heavy truth to his POV. A man just wouldn't act like that. /o/

We've only seen one person state otherwise and they didn't provide any evidence to their opinion, so...
I still think there's a chance that Merle is the Governor.

Same. If it does happen, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. I could see Merle as The Governor being killed by Daryl during the prison assault. Still though, I also like Merle as his own character awsell

What's a Dale gotta do to get some action 'round here? Looks like that's not gonna be happening...

Best parts of this last episode...Shane's eyebrow arch, post junk-grab, and Dale's confrontation of Shane. The look on Dale's face the whole time was ____ing awesome.

"If I'll shoot my best friend, what do you think ill do to an old man I don't even like."

Really hope Dale isn't a casualty of Shane's transformation, though :(

Agreed.

Shane has become the character that I love to hate. :lol

I hope so too.
According to the spoiler of next week's ep though, it say Dale takes off with the guns and Shane goes after him. Dale points his rifle at Shane but says he doesn't want to become like him. Then it says the next scene shows Shane walking out of the woods with the guns. Doesn't say if Dale is with him :(

That would be interesting. I've even thought of it myself as it would be a good way to to keep Shane's character alive a bit longer. Still I don't think it will happen. As mentioned on Talking Dead last night, Shane taking Carl to target practice seems like a prelude of what's to come, at least if they follow the comic.

OMG, I don't know what's worse the on going story line around the damn kids, the endless commercial breaks in this series or all the spoiler tags in this thread.:thud::thud::rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

Agreed they are quite unnecessary.

On a side note I'm loving all the scenic shots of the farm that typically close out the scenes.

They are necessary, unfortunately. Tittybabies cry if we don't use them, and in a certain ex-mod's case :)nana: you know I love ya, bunky :nana:) even cry when we use them for spoilers. :lol
