Also, next week's Talking Dead will feature Glenn from the show and Paget Brewster from Criminal Minds.
Meaning....what exactly?
I just have to Google "The Walking Dead" season 2 mid-season premiere to find it?
Great episode except for Lori.
A stupid side-plot to give the character something to do. Why exactly drive out to do exactly what Rick and Glenn were already doing? Not to mention conveniently having your eyes off the road at the same moment a single walker appears. Lame.
Well put by mr crawford re the pissing on the floor. symbolic in the sense that some humans have turned to animals in this world.
Okay, I watched the teaser - I don't think it's the guy from the bar they are talking about. Only a spoiler if you haven't watched the episode yet:
Shane specifically says 'the kid', and they are acting like he'll be patched up and out of there in no time, which doesn't imply a gun shot wound necessarily. Complete supposition, but I'm betting there was someone else from the group outside the bar, someone younger, and when they hear the gunshots they freak and somehow get hurt in a less fatal way. That makes more sense with the sneak peek, and further shows how far Shane is slipping - he'd kill someone just to keep the group hidden from other living people.
Like it or not Shane is a neccessary evil. To this point in the series his actions are almost 100% commendable. IF he kills Dale he will officially make my ____ list.
Dale must die. I started this campaign months ago and hope it comes to fruition.
His tombstone can read "As the world went to _____ around him, he kept his humanity and this is where it got him."
____ that dude, Dales an awesome person. Humanity can coexist, even in an inhumane time.
OK. I got a theory. Bear with me and please, give your thoughts.
Ok. this is something that popped into my mind last night. I have a feeling that ole' boy that was behind the bar isn't dead. Sure it looked like Rick shot him in the head, but this is TV afterall. Could very well have just taken out his eye (ala the governor) and give him a person vendetta against rick. I know that everyone is thinking Merle is the governor, and we see Daryl say "sorry brother" in the preview. I think Merle will just be part of "one eyed dude's" posse. Biggest thing that moved me to this was that it didn't show Rick ensuring that he was dead like he did with "tons of fun"
Thoughts?
This clip for next week's episode seems to support that theory to some extent. However, it sounds like they take him back to the farm, heal him up and then send him on his way. Real stupid if you ask me. Why doesn't Rick just finish him off like he did Tons o Fun?

Not fair. Based on that logic they shoulda popped Carol and Andrea ages ago. Dale is like a father figure, that's something useful in a horrid time imo.
Agree to disagree as well.
Help me understand his usefulness. Yes, he is old and as such can be looked at as a father figure but is that what anyone in the group needs?
