I have the first compendium sitting here but I haven't' read an issue since they first laid eyes on the prison.

When I first read the comics a couple of years ago, he was my suggestion. I was like, if they ever make a show about it or a movie, I think DT would be perfect as the governor.

I also thought Gina Torres would have made a fabulous Michonne and Josh Holloway would have been a good Rick.

Apparently, the show's casting director and I do not see eye to eye.

It takes more then just looks to make a character. The Actors you've chosen are sort of type casted as the character they created on their other shows. Would be hard to not imagine them as those characters. At least for me as they played pretty strong characters on those shows.

Not sure if anyone's seen this. Glen Mazzara on EWeekly.

On Shane becoming zombie, much faster than Amy, and not getting bit: We worked hard to make sure that revelation landed. We knew what we were doing there. We knew it would land a punch. We’ve never had a main character become a zombie to this extent. Those [rapid flashes of zombie mayhem] represent the storm in Shane’s brain to some extent … Amy was a weaker character. Shane is in a murderous rage … he’s going to reanimate quicker. There’s just more life in that zombie, believe it or not. We do have internal rules for that.
