Yeah me too. I don't watch just any old show either. When I get into one I want it to last. Deadwood ____ed me up.

yeah i along with pretty much everyone else that had a pulse hated the way Deadwood ended.

Sad that there is only one more episode left for this season.

I finally got off my ass and watched all epsiodes (minus the pilot) on OnDemand last night. I must say I'm rather enjoying this. Not too familiar with the comics but the show definately a fun watch. I was also pleasently suprised how gory it is considering it's TV-14.

I would Highly recommend picking up The Walking Dead Compendium One, Before the show, I never read the comic. But, after watching the first couple of episodes, I decided to pick up the 1st and 2nd Graphic Novels, They where both Very good! After reading these two I went to look for more and found the Compendium, which covers Issues 1 thru 48, about 8 Graphic novels in one book. Reading this Really makes you want to see more of the show, Unfortunately the show has taken a turn in another direction from the comic, but overall the comic is Good if not better than watching the show!

I love the show. But the character I hate the most is the blond lady Andrea. She's just plain annoying. Not only that but she seems to always be putting a gun in Rick's face.

This show lost me after the second episode. Something about the character development or writing, or maybe acting just really started doing a 180 for me. Have you noticed that the best characters are the ones that you know less about. Glenn or T-dog for example.

I hated the sisters and it was pulling teeth watching the whole 5th episode. I don't much like the sheriffs wife, his right hand man, that skinny dying guy on the tree, the liberal old man, or the beaten down scaredy wife. I appreciate the extent of the gloom and doom of the world they are living in but they are still just really annoying characters with little likability for me. I feel more emotion for glenn when hes crying that we bury our dead for about 10 seconds then I do for the blond cradling the other dead blond for 20 minutes. The first two episodes were so incredible, and this one just spent so much time on what I think was worthless. All and all I feel like I'm going to get through this last episode and probably call it quits for this show.

Unfortunately, around here that's not usually the case. For some reason people usually keep watching/reading/buying things only to whine about them ad nauseum.

No offense, Seditionary, not talking about you specifically.


Anyhoo, I am beyond psyched for the final episode. I was very happy with the show and then last week got even more interested.

I do understand why people were not thrilled with the direction they seem to be taking things, but I'm a sucker for that sort of thing. I'm a LOST fan so I'm used to weathering the hate-storm.

I would agree the new episodes arent as good as the first one....but none of them are bad. I just wish this season wasnt so damn short. It makes me feel empty.

Not sure if I'm digging the different direction they're going in the show as much as I liked what they did in the comic, but still a great show none-the-less. Probably my favorite current show actually.

I'll have no problem keeping the comic and show separated in my little mind, and plan on thoroughly enjoying both. Just picked up trade #13 yesterday

well last week l saw a few minutes of the show and hated it. it was the part where the sheriff guy had the bag of guns for those essay homie gangbanger guys, the acting with those guys was bad. one of those guys is a gangbanger in every movie he's in, so l thought the whole series would be like that, cheesy, but watched all the episodes on TV today form the beginning and its not that bad. way better then l thought since the first part l saw was really cheesy, but overall its not bad, watching the new one right now.
