If anything was resolved, then there wouldn't be a need for a 2nd season.

Enjoyed it, but they could of at least left it with a cliffhanger.

Finale was AMAZING, I loved it.

Do you know that for a fact? If so... well, that actually works. It'd be perfect. Man, Season 2's going to be interesting.

^ How do you know? I have zero idea what the plot will be for next season. They should've set something up. Didnt have to be a cliffhanger either.

I mean....I dunno. I WILL watch it...but i'll wait until a few episodes in. Watching Dexter, and then this isnt a good idea. I'm way too invested in Dexter. I feel nothing for these characters in this show outside of Rick. It was just too short. Needed more time. But I heard there wasnt much time.

Oh well. I do hope greatness will come next season.

I wasn't a fan of the fake looking explosion, but the last episode was rather tense. I was always thinking something was going to snap...and a lot of things little and big happened.

Yeah, that makes perfect sense and will set up some serious drama next season. Good call.

Can't wait. I'm glad that they got in some exposition about the nature of the zombie-ism and the scope without getting too sci-fi.

This was a like a teaser season.

That was pretty random. Very deus ex machina.

Oh well, I'm very happy with the season. It's more or less what I wanted, just a different perspective from the comics. An opportunity to explore the road less traveled.

I loved the whole season I wish they could have done more than 6 episodes but oh well. Also I'm not sure if this has been mentioned but the first season will be coming out on March 8th. It's $35 on blu-ray and $28 on DVD on Amazon.

I liked the flashback in the beginning of the season finale. Would like to see more of that in season 2. Bits and pieces that will help put the start of the outbreak together a bit.

Overall I really enjoyed the season. My least favorite episode was ep. 5. Cant wait to see where they go from here.

Walking Dead and Boardwalk Empire both ended tonight and Dexter will wrap up next week. I will have a 3 month break until Game of Thorns begins.

During my 3 month break I am going to introduce The Wire to a couple buddies. BEST SHOW EVER!!!!

Yes, the grenade was a contrivance, even though her explanation of how she came into possession of it was reasonable.

Anyway, I thought AMC did an admirable job with the short first season. There are a lot of problems I could mention here, but they don't drag down the ship too much. And now, the wait until next Halloween begins.

The finale seemed very much like it was shot without knowing whether there'd be a season 2. With no real cliffhanger or expectation of what's next, but more of a introduction to potential.

Yea, I assume that's what Jenner told Rick. The love triangle is starting to wear thin, but it looks like they'll actually resolve it sometime early in the second season. I hope.

I really liked Jenner's motivation and explaination of why he stayed. Not the obvious, but something that shows the different ways the apocalypse effected different people. And I was also glad we didn't get too much explanation on the start of the disease, instead we some very basic discussion of how it animates the dead. Again, the supporting actors are terrific.

I enjoyed the episode 6, especially the flashback at the beginning, I think that tied some things together and showed us a climpse of the S--T hitting the fan. The wait for season 2 will be aweful but I'll be there 10/31/2011 and hopefuly AMC will be in HD for me by then. I wish they would have gave us a climpse of Morgan & Duane and Merle to lead up to S2 but I still loved the finale.

The grenade came from Grimes when he was loading up at the police station. She kept it the same way they kept all the weapons, I didnt think it was random at all. As soon as she reached in the purse I knew she was going for the grenade, it only made sense at that point. I didnt see any other way they were getting out of that buliding. Overall though, it was pretty awesome.

As for a cliffhanger I agree, wasnt much there unless you count the whisper into Grimes ear at the end before they left.

I immediately remembered Rick having a grenade early on when she pulled that out of her purse. That was just awesome!

And I loved the whisper thing. I'm thinking it's the same thing the others speculated and will make for some interesting situations next season.

Jenner didn't exist in the comic. But what did happen in the comic was:

Lori is pregnant. Makes sense that with the blood tests and the evasive answer Jenner gave Rick earlier when he asked about them, that would be what he told him.
