I thought it was a great episode, but what's with Lizzie shooting Alisha right in the center of her forehead? I know Carol was giving the kids knife training, but I don't remember hearing about gun training.

because it looked bad *** on tv and made me jump off the couch pumping my fist

Everyone on this show can shoot as accurately as Robocop. One thing that really irks me about the show, but that's Hollywood for you.

:lol

Only at close range. At the beginning of the fight they are all shooting automatic weapons at each other and they weren't hitting ****.

They should be Stormtroopers. :wink1:

Why I oughta!!

Seriously though. Some dude chopped off my dad's head and I had an automatic weapon, they'd be dead. I would fire in one spot until I either took out the car or the ground underneath him. Then you have 2 sisters beside each other firing at the same guy... crazy.

I would have loved to see Michonne decap the Gov, and then the last thing you see is her tossing his head in one of the prison's rainbarrels as she runs off.

Poetic justice!!!!

I just had this same discussion w/my sister (another TWD fan) :lol
They can kill zombies with golf ballz at 500 yards, and are pretty accurate at kill shots generally, but when it come to automatic weapons when it counts, they don't seem to do too well.

Tyreese was under massive gun fire by like two soldiers and he went by unscathed. I understand it's automatic weapons, but even still. :monkey1

I meant from the jail group. They were standing there with the guns up ready to fire. Once **** hit the fan they should have at least hit the person they were aimed at. At least they could have sprayed the area. Just seems like 1 or 2 more people should have gone down at the very beginning. I'm just nitpicking here.

For anyone who might know the answer to this (and you can simply answer yes or no)-

Is 'Rise of the Governor' worth the read?
Are these last few episodes (in terms of his character development specifically) influenced by it?

I read both compendiums but might want something for the Christmas list and something to tide me over until February.

No you're not, I think you're right for the most part. :lol

I just think bullets are just prejudice to certain characters, at certain times :monkey3

I can forgive Maggie's and Beth's aim due to seeing their father just killed, but the rest of the prison camp has some explaining to do. :tap

With their history with the Governor, had to know a fight was inevitable. No way in hell he'll let them live after they leave. He would of tracked them down.

They didn't know what he was demanding. They just knew he had a tank, and that hershel and Michonne's lives were at risk. The two fences were a long way from each other (which might have been a reason for the rotten shooting).
