Well that was the only other episode aside from Rick hiding in the house that I liked for this half of the season.

This episode was just about all I could take, to powerful. Not knocking it as it was great but more than "I" can bare, just about the sadist thing I've seen in a long while......

I have to say this season has been throwing me on and off. First half I was totally not enjoying until the near end of it. The next half of the season I wasn't really enjoying at all until this episode just brought me back in. WOW it was a huge WTF for me. I was cringing with anger and pissed off. At the same time it was very sad. Definitely great acting in this episode and the show has so much potential. if they kept doing it like what they did with this episode I would be enjoying it more. But sill this was a hard episode to watch.

 

[The Ween]

Tonight's episode just goes to show what pointless fluff and filler the last few episodes have been. This was one of this finest hours of television I've ever seen. This is The Walking Dead at it's absolute best, and not just grinding out the clock to fill an hour.

This was a great episode but I liked the others as well. They all had their purpose.

Fantastic episode. The acting was incredible. Both Carol and Lizzie did great jobs with their roles. What a great little actress Brighton Sharbino is. Absolutely heart breaking to watch but it had to be done. Carol has been skyrocketing up my list of favorite characters on WD. She is someone who does what needs to be done and takes responsibility for her actions. Incredible turnaround for a character who was pretty much useless the first two season.

When Lizzy was having her little psycho fit at carol about her friend, I cringed a little. Obviously the kid was trying to act almost psychotic but it was pretty bad.

Are you saying bad acting? I thought she did fantastic.

That ep was outstanding. Great, heavyweight acting, particularly by Carol. She really has turned from nearly useless to layered and somewhat tortured. All around, think everyone more than carried their weight, but it was definitely her standout episode as an actress IMO.

Totally agree. They are trying to flesh out the characters. Some people don't want that. Makes me care about them.

When carol broke down when she and tyrese came back to the house to find the Lizzie situation I almost broke down myself.

I have 4 girls. I have grounded them all from cell phones before. The way Lizzie was acting was very realistic, trust me.
