I hate rainy days even more than snowy days. It just makes me feel very depressed, and I have to hide myself in a room with no windows or all windows covered as to pretend that the weather outside could be sunny.

I had taken a 90 minute nap Sunday afternoon too. Maybe I need to cut those.

I have a hard time going to sleep anymore. I can sleep on the weekends okay, but during the week I can't. I think I'm afraid of being woken up by my alarm. I hate being jarred awake.

Going to sleep is one of the hardest things for me.
Ive tried pills and melatonin and sleep relaxation techniques but my brain doesnt wanna shut down.

I lay in bed in darkness for hours with no phone or anything and i cant sleep
