I don't have anyone of ignore but like you said, I ignore people in real life so I would do it here. None of the freaks have risen to that level yet. WWEJedi I think his name was, was about the closest.

I've always hated that feature. Unless I can completely freeze them out from seeing their posts or them viewing mine, there's no point.

I hate the ignore feature for so many reasons

- you can still see that they posted whether someone quotes them or not
- it renders the ''go to first unread post'' button useless when your ignored person has posted
- when the option is right there to ''view post'' or ''remove user from ignore list'', together with the above 2 points, why even bother having them on ignore. It's pretty much as annoying to ignore someone as to see their posts.

Forum ignore lists are useless because it doesn't stop someone from replying to you, and people who view the forum as guests can still see it (unless it's something here in the Sandbox). It's not the same as blocking someone completely, like you can do on Facebook and Twitter. If someone on a forum is being bullied and the mods aren't around, the ignore list is still useless. Case closed.
