yea..i googled it...he can do it..but he has to follow the rules, etc..which he is more or less...we knew that he was planning on doing it for awhile now..but the whole time, he said he would give us first shot at it if we came up with 10k to pay him and then he would sign it over to us from the bank, etc...but i guess not....anywho..we want to make it a good thing...or are trying to...lol...

We told our renters six months in advance so they could find somewhere else to live before we put our house on the market. We even offered to sell it to them at a reasonable price but they just did not have the down payment. That screwed up people have no couth

If he's renting month to month all he has to give is 30 days. Happened to me years ago.

I hate American politics. I've been over this corrupt 2-party waste for a long time, we're an international joke and punchline. We just have more (theoretically functioning) bombs and borrowed money than most. And most of us are just too stupid to know better.

I didn't. After all, this is the thread for things we hate, not love. But the jerkbags affect my life, so it's also impossible to avoid entirely. :/
