Wow! That blows. It comes packaged pretty well so I bet it wasnt packed well enough or broken from the start. Sorry to see that.
i got my hamm for $20. it arrived like this:
so i'm not paying $50 for a second one, with a 50/50 chance it might arrive broken again. i'll wait for the plastic version, which is how he should be anyway in the film(how many times have we seen hamm fell from great height in the films and never broke once?).
and i just heard from a friend about thinkway produced slinky that comes with certificate. any truth to this? if thinkway slinky is possible, then there might be a chance for a thinkway hamm as well. fingers crossed.
i appreciate all the condelences for hamm, guys. i've done many deals with this seller. got all my toy story stuffs from him. hamm was just one of the many things that came in the package. he undercharged me with the shipping cost by quote a sum, dont ask me for more payment. he's a cool guy. so when accident like this happened, i would feel like an ass asking him to send me another hamm. besides, i dont know if i want to risk getting another broken hamm.
i notice the material used is very thin. you guys might want to lace the inner surface with epoxy or something, just to make it stronger. i dont think hamm could even hold 1/3 of its volume with real coins before breaking. take good care of your hamm. he might be your most precious in the whole collection.

I was wondering should I open her or leave her in mint condition?
