^^^Word. Plus I dont think an actor of DDLs caliber was necessary. :lol

Yeah, it doesn't take this...

...to do this.

Just this. I know I'd make a hasty retreat in the other direction. :lol

I just didn't like the new Mountain. He only had a few lines and he was 'meh' at those. I felt he was just reciting lines in a gruff voice at the end of that fight rather than making me believe them. And the old Daario had swagger, a great delivery, and just looked mischievous, like he should. The new guy has none of those. :lol

I didn't know he actually got the lead role for the Transporter though. I remember when it was first announced he'd be replaced you find any information as to why.

I don't mind the idea of them recasting Daario.

With the first one, whenever the guy talked he came off less as cocky and a bit more "date-rapey" (to use the phrase of a female friend of mine). The guy was a bit sketchy.

However what I don't get is their decision to recast him with someone not only so bland and forgettable but diametrically opposite of the old actor in terms of appearance and personality.

So Ned is still up for preoder on threezero. Is that for the exclusive version with Ice still, or do they also sell the normal version through their store?

Saw the Ice letter opener at Barnes & Noble a few days ago. It looked like the appropriate size for a 1/6 figure to me, and the quality didn't seem bad.

December.

Has anyone seen the new 1/6 Iron Throne from Hero Club?

I know it was Q4, I was looking for anything more specific.

I need the Iron Throne to pose Ned on. Steal Tyrion's Hand pin and I'll hand my perfect display.

Think I'll wait for a licensed throne in the proper scale.

And I don't think Ned ever wore the hand of the king pin on his Northern garb... but I could be wrong.

There's a few scenes where he's wearing it on the tunic that's underneath the cloak. Just take off the cloak and those two leather straps that cross his chest and you're good. I love the outfit but I do wish the tunic material was closer to the actual garment.

that definitely looks like a recast of the Darkhorse one, Ive had that one stashed away till proper GoT figures were on the way

Quick perusal of stats…

Dark Horse (Gentle Giant) says it's 14" tall.

Hero says it's 19" tall.
