i think it depends on the retailer and how they had their stock shipped to them.

i got my retail Tyrion from a seller on ebay and have had it now for couple weeks.

I'm assuming that wasn't a US seller though, right? The only ones I've seen on there are from Asia and are marked up a bit.

Most US retailers ordered Tyrion from Diamond, not threezero.

Those US retailers that ordered direct from threezero already received them and shipped them out to their customers.

No, I'm not. Retail stores can order from threezero directly, or Diamond imports them from threezero. Most stores opted to go with Diamond because it's slightly cheaper. With threezero you have to pay for air shipping. It's quicker but more expensive.

Wow, Tyrion looks like crap, I hope he doesn't turn out like that in production.
