Got mine yesterday! I think he looks terrific!

The box got mashed pretty thoroughly in transit, though. The figure is okay, but the box is a mess. Especially the plastic trays, all warped and twisted. But no matter. Ultimately, I'd only care about that if I planned to resell, which I don't.

The hair will take some time to futz, but that should be reasonably easy, since the worse it looks, the more accurate he'll be! :lol

The Hound arrived today. Unfortunately, it looks like the Mountain got to him first... [emoji35]

Fooken' wow. My figure arrived perfectly but I guess when Threezero ships via the slow boat USPS or other national postal agencies decide to treat the packages like ****.
Of course I'm sure there is a direct correlation between time spent in transit and the condition of the package.

Well it was rerouted from a PO a few towns away where it was mis-delivered, returned to the processing center and then re-delivered. But it wasn't like cross-country. Who knows, it could have arrived in the US like this.

Wow. Mine was kinda busted in about the same spot, but that one is TRASHED. And the box isn't super flimsy. There's a standard brown shipper, a pretty thick cardboard box and a cardboard slip-sleeve. Something must have happened in the shipping container that messed up a bunch of these.

Wow Comatoast, that is some serious damage. I think I'd freak if my package showed up like that. I'm glad your figure was okay at least.

As for the packaging, I didn't (and don't) think ThreeZero uses worse packing than other companies. At most I think some of my other figures have a thin layer of bubble wrap between the package and the shipper box for extra protection... but that wouldn't have done anything here.

Hopefully they can help you out with a nice new box.

So far, everything seems - miraculously - intact. Hopefully they can send me a new box at least

Glad the figure is ok but good luck getting 3Z to send you a new box...they told me no:

Dear Customer:

We have no more replacement of the color box of the Hound , but still have some other replacement like hands or joints left.

Well, they better find a few! Looks like only the belt prong is broken, so realtively unscathed (perhaps the wrong choice of word for Clegane!)

I started styling th hair and almost have to to the point that I like it, but it still needs some work/trimming. Managed to get a good shoot in with him as well, and some light painting. Really great looking figure - best of the GoT line yet.

Sideshow ships their figs the same... and cost more.

This is all on US postal services... they are garbage. Most of my mangled packages are mistreatment by the postal service of international packages after being stuck for weeks.
